I value your time and your health which means when you book an appointment at the Straighten Up Clinic, I set that time aside just for you.
If you need to cancel or re-schedule your appointment – that’s totally fine – but you need to notify me via phone call or text message (not by email) at least 24 hours prior to any treatment as late notice cancellations inconvenience myself and my other clients that are waiting on a session.
Failure to do so will regrettably result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment cost. If the appointment space can be filled the fee will be waived.
